Touch-A-Truck 2016

Posted by Emory Mills on 09/24/2016

For the second year, FTCT participated in the Pioneer Library System's Touch-A-Truck event in Norman, Oklahoma.  In addition to bringing out a full size truck and trailer, the kids had a blast climbing around on the go-kart sized replica.

With over 3,000 attendees, our three volunteers at the FTCT area stayed busy answering questions, taking photos, and passing out coloring sheets and fruit snacks.  Kids, parents, and grandparents had a great time climbing inside of the truck to take a look around.  The horn and bunk beds were two of the day's favorite items.

Thank you Pioneer Library System for inviting us to participate in this awesome community event!
