JUNE ROAD WARRIOR WINNERS
06-13-2016 | Author: Lindsay Conway
We value our exceptional carriers that help keep our freight moving, and in order to recognize them, we created the Trinity ROAD Warrior program. Each month, Trinity employees nominate and vote for their favorite carriers that are reliable, outstanding, accountable, and dedicated. The three carriers with the most votes receive a generous prize package that includes three #trinityROADwarrior shirts, a custom Trinity ROAD warrior model tractor trailer, and a spotlight in our Carrier of the Month email.
Reliable: A carrier that does what they say they’re going to regardless of whatever obstacles get in their way, and that have successfully executed shipments without any service failures. We can trust this carrier with sensitive freight and challenging loads.
Outstanding: A carrier that went above and beyond and was a true partner in delivering excellent service.
Accountable: A carrier that takes responsibility for their actions and backs them up with solutions.
Dedicated: A relationship carrier; one that is with us through good and bad markets offering capacity whenever they can.
JUNE WINNERS
FTC Transportation
Nominated by: Cindy Chugg
Nominated for: Dedicated
DOT: 296022
Contact: Scott Hurley & Cheryl Miller
Story: I nominated this carrier because of the great relationship we have had for over 12 years now. They always offer capacity, when they have it, and are willing and able to work out solutions on any issues we may encounter. I have worked with most of their drivers for many years too, and these drivers are some of the best in the industry. They are courteous, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. FTC also has an outstanding focus on safety and they have won several awards for that. This carrier is one of the best I have ever worked with.
Dupree Transport LLC
Nominated by: Kristine Sanchez
Nominated for: Outstanding
DOT: 1259131
Contacts: James Dupree
Story: I have worked with Dupree for over five years. He exclusively runs for Trinity. He hauls at least one load a day for my largest customer. He is available rain, shine, or snow, and everything in between. He is always willing to go the extra mile and has pulled me out of many jams. He has helped other Trinity carriers when they have broken down and is all around a pretty stellar guy. The work ethic and the hunger to work make this guy second to none.
Trade Winds Transit Inc.
Nominated by: Marsha Gilliam
Nominated for: Reliable
DOT: 283951
Contact: Jessica Huntt
Story: I nominated Jessica at Tradewinds for carrier of the month because I have worked with her since October 2014. She was and has remained our dedicated carrier for Verona PA-Cambridge OH. They do 95% of these loads with zero to few issues. If issues do arise, they are proactive to have those resolved internally rather than give the load back. Jessica makes a serious effort to make sure that we are in constant contact.
