The Oklahoma Truck Driving Championships (aka The Truck Rodeo) kicked off this weekend, and FTCT was proud to be represented by five of our finest OTR Drivers. These Safety Professionals spent two days in heated competition with a written test, pre-trip inspection challenge, and a difficult driving course filled with multiple challenges. This isn’t for the faint of heart, but Team FTCT made it look fun. They spent hours studying and preparing, and with four out of the five competing the first time it was a terrific team-building event.
We want to send out our heartfelt thank you to each member of the our driving team: Kevin Black, Tony Lawson, Jeremy Slaughter, Tammy Como, and Tigg Costa! You represented us well on and off the driving course. We also want to give a big shout out to John Shepard and Julia Williams for their time volunteering at the rodeo, as well as all of their work to help our team prepare and to ensure they had everything they needed.
