Celebrating FTCT team members is one of our favorite things, and celebrating someone who has been a FTCT team member longer than anyone else is beyond exciting. That is why we are busting at the seams with pride that Vernon was named the 2024 FleetMaintenance Overachiever in the Technician category.
Vernon Fulkersin started at FTC Transportation in 1992. He works as our lead technician in the shop, and during his thirty-two years here he has been integral to the success of not only the maintenance department but also our safety picture, as well as driver and customer satisfaction. Vernon is always smiling and always willing to help out wherever needed. If you really want to see that sparkle in his eyes, though, ask him about his family. He is always quick to whip out photos of his beloved wife, kids, and grandchildren.
