FTCT Named to The Oklahoman’s Top Workplaces

On December 9th, The Oklahoman published their list of Top Workplaces, and for the fifth consecutive year FTCT made the list! In addition, we moved up from number 40 last year to number 11 this year in our division. The hard work and dedication of our entire team helps us to achieve such amazing honors. Great job, team!

FTCT Named Flashiest Fleet

The Commercial Carrier Journal (CCJ) named the five flashiest fleets of 2018, and we were both surprised and truly honored to learn FTCT not only made the list, but took first place. Feed the Children had this to say, “Innovative fleet graphics can say a lot about who you are as a company. We wanted ours to stay true to the mission and values we work towards every day. When it was finished, we believed the design was special!”

Named One of HDT’s Top Green Fleets of 2018

For several years, FTC Transportation has put a lot of focus on working to reduce our footprint. Our initiatives have included purchasing more efficient and aerodynamic tractors, installing side skirts and under trailer air deflectors, aerodynamic mud flaps, lower viscosity oil, low rolling resistance tires, tire inflation systems, energy efficient lights in office and shop, auxiliary power units, and recycling programs – just to name a few.

FTCT Represented at CCJ Solutions Summit

Our friends at CarriersEdge asked FTC Transportation to participate in a panel at the Commercial Carriers Journal’s Solutions Summit in Phoenix to share ideas for a winning driver culture alongside two other Best Fleets to Drive For companies. Emory Mills, our Director of Safety & Driver Administration, took part in the panel to share strategies and programs utilized by FTCT.

Touch-A-Truck

FTC Transportation once again participated in one of our favorite annual events, the Pioneer Library’s Touch-A-Truck event held in Norman, Oklahoma. The Cleveland County Fairgrounds was flooded with hundreds of children and their families this past Saturday, as they raced to explore all types of large vehicles.

Lose to Win 2018

As we wrap up our Lose to Win Weight Loss Challenge for 2018, we are excited to announce OTR Safety Professional Robert Rossi as our Biggest Loser. Robert won both halves of the jackpot, as he lost the largest percentage of weight and the most pounds of the 11 competitors. Way to go, Robert!

2017 Annual Fleet Safety Awards

Last night, FTC Transportation recognized eight team members who achieved safety excellence in 2017. Debora Da Rocha was the night’s big winner, winning a total of three awards including 2017 Driver of the Year, Most Miles Driven Safety for 2017, and Best Fuel Economy with a Standard Transmission.

The Oklahoma Trucking Association Awards FTCT 2nd Place

FTC Transportation is honored to receive the 2nd place award in the Oklahoma Trucking Association’s Annual Fleet Safety Awards Program. It is a tremendous honor to be recognized among our peers in our home state, and it is the men and women who are our driving force out on the road that made this possible.

2018 Best Fleets to Drive For

For the 6th consecutive year, FTC Transportation made the Best Fleets to Drive For list. With only 20 carriers in all of North America named on the list each year, we are more than honored to be among those who diligently strive to take care of their Safety Professionals out on the road.

FTCT Named Top Workplace, 4th Consecutive Year

For the fourth consecutive year, FTC Transportation has been chosen as one of The Oklahoman’s Top Workplaces. This is an amazing honor, and it is due in its entirety to our hard-working, dedicated team.
